This 8-story residential tower in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn was developed towards LEED-Silver certification with Kiss + Zwigard Architects.  As the project manager for the design’s development I conducted all zoning and building code analysis, coordinated efforts from consultants, and sheparded the project through necessary approvals from clients and authorities.

 

The design and land was ultimately sold before the apex of the 2008 financial crisis, leaving this project unbuilt.
